So, I've been thinking of submitting captions for your Reader Entries, and I know how to do it, but I have one question: do you have any specific rules regarding the provenance of the pictures? Where do you usually get yours? I don't want you to get in trouble because I grab random pictures from the internet and it turns out someone doesn't want them to be used.
No, I don't have rules for the provenance, and I get them from anywhere in the net. I have no idea when an image can be used and when it can't, but I know that other bloggers have been requested by the owner to remove them. They simply do it and the trouble is over.
It has never happened to me, maybe because I mostly use actresses and models, which are probably more "public".
I would say you send me what you find If I receive a complain (because I'l bee the one posting it, after all), we'll simply remove it or change the picture.
