I assume you're the same guy who's been asking this all around, and not only in this blog (I saw similar questions at tehswitcher's a couple of days ago.
I use Photoshop to paste the picture and a simple background with text, then I save them together as the same file. But you can do it wiith every image editing software you have, including Paint.
